Jonathan Betts
Jonathan was born and raised in Arizona, moving to the PNW with his family in his early teens. From a young age he has always had a true passion for the culinary world and a strong desire to share it with others. Jonathan studied culinary arts in Cascadia Tech and then went on to hone his skills with real kitchen experience over the last 20 years. He has managed many kitchens and went on to own his own restaurant called Manila Bay Cafe in Dayton WA, for 5 years.
He believes food should be about creating an experience, sharing the things we enjoy with the people we love. Jonathan loves to share his experience and his love for this industry with his family and friends. With Brunch’d, Jon is hoping to take the memories of Sunday breakfast with his family and the comfort foods associated with it, and share that experience with customers in a fun, new way you’ve not had before. Brunch’d uses only the freshest ingredients, locally sourcing as much as possible to continue to grow the community around them. Together, he and his family hope to bring something new, fun, and delicious to the PNW.
